What to Post When Another Sales Pitch Is Not the Answer
A business has more to share than repeated sales messages. Our social-content short suggests three starting points: show the process, answer a real question and put a face to the business. Each gives the viewer something useful to understand.
Start with a real customer question
Look for a question that comes up before someone can make a decision. It may concern the process, the difference between two options or what to prepare before a project starts. Choose a question you can answer accurately without exposing private customer information.
Write a simple answer, then ask what part would be clearer on video. A demonstration can explain a physical step. An interview can explain a decision. A short scene from the work can provide context.
Give each post one job
A useful answer and a direct offer can both belong in a content plan, but they do not have to compete inside every post. Decide whether this particular video introduces the business, explains something or invites an inquiry. Then choose an ending that fits.
If the video teaches a useful idea, its next step might be a related article or a deeper conversation. Avoid asking for several unrelated actions simply because there is room in the caption.
Build from work you can actually show
Real people and real processes make the content more specific. Confirm permissions for anyone or anything identifiable, then capture the detail that helps answer the question. A production scene should not imply an endorsement or outcome that never happened.
For your next batch, list three questions your audience asks, the person best placed to answer each and the pictures that would help. You now have a practical starting point for several distinct videos, instead of several versions of the same pitch. The aim is useful communication, not a promise that a particular posting frequency will create a result.
